The Food Festival Continues!
So yesterday was really a day of not doing much, met up some ex colleagues, had this yummmmyy Mee Rebus, please forgive the tatty look, I dived in before remembering to take a pic for dear LB before he rolls over and plays dead *rubs lb's tummy* :D

After that, got me my tickets to Ipoh, come this friday night will be going up north. As typical of me (and mostly kiasuism), I like to have all my tickets planned and bought to prevent any hiccups and what do you know? I will have to go to Ipoh to buy my tiks to KL and then at KL buy the ones back to SG. Hmmmmmm.....its an adventure! So I will be in KL on Monday and leave for SG on Tuesday, Bloggers Meet anyone???

Then I headed on to Raffles City Shopping centre to meet a few other ole pals, and this pic of the old, the new and the soon to be new just about sums up what SG is all about. That's the War Memorial on the left, otherwise known as the Chopsticks, the financial district skyline in the background and the scene that is soooooooo Singapore, never ending construction work *bang rattle roar*

Kinda nice to be in a shopping place on a weekday, no people!

and then for Dinner... Singapore Beef Noodles! I still remember the original shop at North Bridge Road opposite the former Odeon cinema. If you got there after 1pm, it would have been all sold out. Nowadays these franchises are not quite as good, but close enough!!
