Its a Great Monday!
Yesterday, made this Lake Louise, Jeremiah Jones style of Roast Chicken Kolo Mee.
Since my fridge was rather empty, had to improvise with Dry HK Prawn Noodles, Chiu Chow Chilli Oil, Soya and Oyster Sauce, Some Sweet Soya Sauce, Sesame Oil, Deep Fried Shallots and Spinach for the veggies. Not quite Kuching Kolomee, but the slurping and crunchiness of the noodles made up for it. Still experimenting with different condiments, especially since the Malaysian/Singapore type of Dark Soya Sauce (Hak See Yau) is not available here. Haven't tried the Singapore style of using ketchup yet. Maybe later. The Roast Chicken was marinated overnight in a combo Yakisoba sauce, Oyster Sauce and Sesame Oil, Sugar plus dashes of Coriander, Soya Sauce and Five Spices Powder (Em Hiong Fun). Ah................bliss ..........
Then, later today, I went to the Post Office to pick up a parcel and
WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!

Can't wait to open..... *Swoon*....
Thai Chillis and the Curry Puff Moulds !!!! ...can die happy liao. Pink and Red teeth now can "bite" the shape come out ....yippee.....
