Starting over

So I just got me a brand new CD today and I must admit I'm a Carpenters fan. Listening to its tracks, it also struck me how apt one of the songs was for a chat I had last night. Make believe it's your first time, leave your sadness behind. Its truly the best way to go.

Sigh.... the beautiful voice of Karen Carpenter is timeless.

Lyrics of songs of yesteryears are sooo much more meaningful than those today.

sounds like the song is coaxing ppl to move on after losing your viriginity to a jerk :-)
